The hotel had a great location near the ski bus stop, making it convenient for skiing. The spa area, including the sauna and pools, were enjoyable for both kids and adults. The staff were friendly and the service was good.
The room had a musty smell and there was no radiator in the bathroom to dry towels and sportswear. The furniture was old and worn out, and the saunas needed renovation.

The downstairs wellness area and restaurant were excellent.
The landhaus area (annex) is more like a 2 star area than a 4 star hotel - especially the bathroom. The view over the car park from the lower floor rooms is not pleasant. The changing area and lockers by the pool are really of poor and insufficient quality and you must use them if you stay in the landhaus and wish to use the wellness or have children.

Strictly looking at the price, the hotel is a bit steep, but it is an excellent value. It includes a buffet breakfast, lunch, and 5-course meal every day. The service is excellent and the rooms are very cozy. It is about 3km down the road from the ski slopes, but there is a free shuttle that runs to and from the hotel every 20-30 minutes.
We stayed in a building that was separate from the main building, so it was a short walk to get to the main building for meals. It was only a minor inconvenience.

The food was delicious and varied, offering a great selection to choose from. We also loved the convenient location that allowed us to easily access nearby attractions and activities. Additionally, the staff were friendly and always willing to help with any request we had.
The room we stayed in was quite outdated and in need of some renovations. We also would have appreciated having coffee making facilities in the room for convenience. Despite this, we still managed to have a pleasant stay overall.

This hotel is a great choice for those who enjoy skiing, as it's located very close to the slopes. the room is comfortable and comes with plenty of towels and a bathrobe. the breakfast buffet is extensive and the evening meals are delicious. the spa area includes a Finnish sauna and two pools, perfect for children.
One aspect that could be improved is the availability of coffee/tea in the room.

We had an amazing Christmas stay! The best thing was the incredible mountain views, especially during breakfast. We also loved the location, with easy access to ski slopes and hiking trails. Plus, the heated indoor pool and the hot tub were a perfect way to relax after a day of activities. Another advantage was the delicious food, they had a good variety of local dishes and international cuisine.
Our room was a bit outdated and needed some renovation. The bathroom was small and the bathtub was not very comfortable.
